All I can say is at least I got two things done - the chicken is cooked, cleaned, shreded, and questionable pieces fed to the dog (spoiled rotten he is!)
I also made the chickpea rattlers - but they didn't come out as good as last time. I made them from memory this time, so maybe I forgot something...who knows?
